After arguing the matter for some time, Mr. D'Silva, learned Counsel for the Petitioners, on the basis of the instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition, with liberty to raise all the issues and contentions raised in this Petition in an election petition to question the elections now scheduled on 3 March 2019 in case, the Petitioners are aggrieved by the result of the elections.

2. The request is reasonable and, therefore, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.

3. All contentions and issues raised in this Petition are

4. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order s to costs.
