Mr. Redkar, learned Counsel submits that service is complete upon the respondents. Sufficient cause has been shown in the application seeking condonation of delay. The delay is of 34 days and the applicant has stated that he was abroad and therefore, could not institute a revision application within prescribed period of limitation.
2. Taking into consideration the cause shown the delay of 34 days in instituting the revision application is hereby condoned.
