Mr Kantak states that Respondent No.4 has already appointed a Veterinary Doctor as detailed in paragraph 2 of the Affidavit filed by Respondent No.2. He states that Respondent No.4 will have no objection for granting prayer clauses (i) and (ii). Further, on instructions, he states that if any representative of the Petitioner wishes to accompany the Forest Department Officials, there would be no objection. Accordingly, the Forest Department to intimate the Petitioner.

The learned Advocate General also states that the relief can be granted in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii). 4.
