2. This is an application to modify the operative part of the judgment passed by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition by oral judgment dated 11.02.2016. By consent of all the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, we accordingly modify the operative part of the judgment as under :

MCA/227/2016 The date of the elections mentioned at para 7 as 28.02.2016 stands deleted and the learned Mamlatdar shall proceed to finalize the list of eligible mahajans in accordance with law, preferably within three months from today.
