By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has prayed that Respondent Nos. 1 to 13 be directed to take appropriate action against Respondent Nos. 14 to 17 in terms of the complaints made by the Petitioner as well as the representation dated 08.05.2023.

2. In the affidavit in reply filed by Respondent No. 3, it has been stated that with regard to the complaint relating to the illegal development of lands, an inspection has been carried out and the first information report has also been registered.

3. Learned Additional Government appearing for Respondent No. 3 submits that if any complaints are pending, the same shall be duly adjudicated within a period of three months from today. He further submits that in case of any subsequent grievance, the Petitioner is free to bring the same to the notice of Respondent No. 3.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed. Pending complaints shall be adjudicated within a period of three months. Needless to state that Respondent No. 3 shall take all necessary steps as and when any irregularity is noticed/brought to its notice.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the PIL Writ Petition is disposed of.
