2. Report received from the Senior Town Planner at Flag B dated 12.4.2024 would clearly go to show that the matter/dispute between both the parties is amicably settled. Said report was even signed by both the parties apart from the Senior Town Planner.

3. In view of the above observations, the impugned order dated 28.2.2022 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2 Margao in Regular Civil Appeal No. 23/2020 thereby remanding the suit back to the trial Court is quashed and set aside.

4. In view of the above report and the settlement arrived at between the parties, nothing survives in the present appeal. Accordingly appeal 20th August, 2024

AO 10 of 2022 stands disposed of in the above terms.
