2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 14 days in filing the appeal. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.2 and 5 strongly opposes the condonation of delay. Mr. Pavithran, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 4 submits to the orders of the Court.
