ORDER

Heard Shri R. Menezes, learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri M. Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State who placed the police report which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

2. The applicant primarily sought for his release on furlough assailing the Order dated 25.10.2016 and its confirmation by the Memorandum dated 10.1.2017 in the application under consideration. Since during the course of hearing, the police report was placed on record by Shri M. Amonkar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State, the application is disposed off with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the applicant in the light of the report received

CRMAM/75/2017 from the police and to dispose off the same appropriately in accordance with law and in any event as expeditiously as possible.
