Heard Mr. John Samuel for the Petitioner and Mr. Manish Salkar, the learned Government Advocate who appears for Respondents No. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9.

Further order which we propose to make, no notice is necessary to the remaining Respondents.

The Petitioner has filed complaints against certain activities allegedly undertaken by Respondent No.10 to the various statutory authorities.

It is the case of the Petitioner that the authorities are not taking action in accordance with law based upon the complaints of the Petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct Respondents No.1 to 9 to look into the complaints of the Petitioner and if there is merit in the same to take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. We add that the authorities, wherever required, will have to follow the procedure of law as also comply with principles of natural justice and fair play. 6.

The authorities to communicate their decisions to both the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.10.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the contentions of the Petitioner on merits and therefore such contentions are to be examined by the authorities.
