2. The grievance is against the illegal construction in the property bearing no.178/14,178/6 of village Asagao, Bardez Taluka.

3. It is a grievance that the village panchayat is not taking the complaint dated 14.11.2024 at page 25 to its logical conclusion.

4. Mr Salatry appears for respondent no.12.

5. At this stage we only order that and learned counsel for the petitioner is also satisfied, if the respondent nos. 2 to 5 and 12 examines the complaint dated 14.11.2024 and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today.
