2. On the basis of instructions, Shri De Sa, learned Advocate seeks liberty to withdraw the bail application and move afresh. Liberty is granted to move for bail afresh after a period of 3 months or the examination of PW-6 whichever is earlier.

CRMAB/93/2020 correction in the cause title forthwith to include the intervenor as the party respondent No.3 to the application.
