M I N U T E S Parties have agreed to settle the Fist appeal by paying compensation at the rate of Rs.1200/- per sq. mt to the respondent, subject to a formal approval being obtained from the Government. The sum of Rs.1200/- per sq. mt. with statutory benefits upto the date of deposit with accrued interest, if any, proportionate to Rs.1200/- balance amount to be refunded to the Government. There will be no claim for 15% after the date of the deposit. First appeal is settled on the above terms.
