Mr. D'Souza, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on the basis of instructions from the applicant, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw this Miscellaneous Civil Application.

2. Leave is granted to withdraw the same, however, liberty is granted to the applicant to file affidavit in response to show cause notices reflected in our order dated 12.02.2020, as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act be not initiated against the applicant.
