Mr Sirvoicar, learned counsel for the Applicant states that the issue raised in this petition is covered by the common judgment and order dated 22.09.2022 in Writ Petition No.1937 of 2021 (Filing) and connected matters. This position is disputed by Mr A. Naik, learned counsel for Respondent No.3.

2. In any case, we post this petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 10.06.2024. Place the matter high on board subject to overnight part-heard matters.
