2. Shri H.D.Naik, learned Advocate submits that he has no dispute about the computation of the amount due subject however to the 15% interest claimed on the excess amount from 14.8.2008 to 14.8.2016.

3. Such being the position, the application is partly allowed whereby the applicant is entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,85,016/- and since the issue relating to the 15% interest is at large before the Division Bench. Liberty to the applicant to the release of any additional amount depending on the outcome of the petition before the Division Bench.
