On 21st August 2017, Mr. D'Sa withdrew his appearance. He pointed out, and we noted this, that he had communicated his taking a discharge to the petitioner. To that the Petitioner was not responsive. We posted the matter to today, making it clear that if the Petitioner or his Advocate were absent, the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. The Petitioner is absent and unrepresented. The petition is dismissed.
