Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate states that by order dated 14.7.2021, the petitioner, has been sanctioned his TA and DA and the amount will be paid to the petitioner alongwith his salary for the next month.

Mr. Kulkarni, confirms aforesaid position and agrees that relief in this petition stands worked out. Mr. Kulkarni, on instructions, further states that cost of Rs.5000/- has been received by the petitioner and the petitioner has already distributed this amount of cost to the flood victims in the North Goa. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of 3.

Concerned respondent to ensure that TA/DA amount is actually paid to the petitioner along with salary. M. S. JAWALKAR, J.
