Although this application is styled as one for recall of the common order dated 04.12.2020 in fact, the application is for correcting an inadvertent error. There were four Writ Petitions being Stamp Number Main nos. 1014 of 2020, 1390 of 2020, 1391 of 2020 and 934 of 2020, which were listed together on 04.12.2020. The present appeal against order in Stamp Number Main no. 632 of 2020 was also listed on the same day. It is undisputed that the present Appeal from Order is not connected with the Writ Petitions which arise out of inventory proceedings. This aspect is not disputed during the course of the hearing.

In such circumstances, the Civil Application is disposed of. The order dated 0412.2020 shall be restricted to Writ Petitions/Stamp Number Main nos. 1014 of 2020, 1390 of 2020, 1391 of 2020 and 934 of 2020. The said order shall not be treated as being passed in the present Appeal from Order.
