The reasons for the delay have been explained. 3.

Mr Kavlekar states that there were genuine difficulties in obtaining certified copies of the trial court orders. The orders have now been obtained and will be submitted immediately. 16th March 2023

By accepting the explanation, the delay is condoned and the Registrar's order refusing to admit the matter to the Register is set aside.

Mr Kavlekar states that within a week, at the highest, objections will be cleared and the certified copies will be filed. If this is done, the appeal to be admitted to the Register and placed for admission.

Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Application No.875/2019 and the Civil Revision Application under Stamp Number (Main)No.812/2019 are disposed of.
