2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount in terms of the Consent Decree passed by this Court by Judgment dated 12.12.2012.

3. In terms of the Consent Decree, the original Respondent was entitled to a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- and the amount over and above, the said amount deposited by the Applicant/Appellant in the main Appeal was permitted to be withdrawn by the Appellant along with respective interest accrued thereon.

4. Hence, application is allowed in terms of the prayer clause.
