Heard Mr. Rao, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. P. Faldessai, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2.

2. This is an application for amendment of the above petition to inter alia incorporate the subsequent events.

3. The learned Addl. Government Advocate opposes the said amendment,as according to him, such averments are irrelevant.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping all the contentions of the respondents open, we find that the applicant is entitled for grant of a leave to amend the petition. Hence, leave granted. Amendment to be carried out within one week, with copies

MCA/229/2016 thereof to the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents.
