By the present Writ Petition the petitioner has assailed the judgment of the Adhoc District Judge in MCA No.199/2010. The appeal was directed against the order passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Division on a temporary injunction filed by the plaintiffs in Regular Civil Suit No.40/2020/C. The learned Counsel for the respondents, state that the RCS No.40/2010/C as well as the appeal filed against the same has been disposed of. In such circumstances, the present petition which assails the order passed on temporary injunction do not survive.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
