The learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Tribunal under Section 188 of the Land Revenue Code, in view of the fact that he still has time available to approach the Tribunal as the knowledge about the order was acquired by him consequent to receipt of the letter dated 19/01/2024 issued by the Civil Registrar cum Sub Registrar, Tiswadi, Goa (Page 18). Accepting this statement, the petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed for.

2. In case an appeal is filed within a time of 60 days consequent to 8th March, 2024

WP 252 of 2024 the receipt of the aforesaid letter dated 19/01/2024, the same shall be entertained and tagged along with Revenue Appeal No. 05/2024 and both the appeals shall be decided within a period of 3 months. VALMIKI SA MENEZES, J.
