2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the part occupancy certificate of its building in land survey no. 82/7-B and 7-C, 82/9 at Bordem, Bicholim has not been granted, inspite of repeated requests.

3. It is not in dispute that the part of the occupancy certificate has already been granted, but, the other part of the occupancy certificate is to be granted.

4. The learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that since the necessary documents have now been

WP/445/2018 submitted by the petitioner, the application for part occupancy certificate will be granted, in accordance with law, within three weeks.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent to decide the petitioner's application for grant of remaining part occupancy certificate, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law and in any case, not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
