Heard. By the impugned judgment and order dated 29.01.2016, the dispute was referred for counselling. It is seen that the Child Counsellor had conducted various sessions and the report is said to be awaited. In either case, the parties agree that the trial Court could consider the report of the Counsellor alongwith any other evidence and material on record.
2. Subject to this, by consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with no order as to costs.
