The learned Counsel for the petitioners points out that the impugned order was passed on 14.02.2019 which was to operate only for one month. It is thus pointed out that the impugned order has ceased to operate after a period of one month from 14.02.2019 and, as such, nothing survives in the petition which is accordingly disposed off as infructuous.

2. The learned Trial Court shall decide the application for rejection of plaint as expeditiously as possible. Parties to co-operate for the early disposal of application for rejection of plaint.
