REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application for issuing notices to respondent nos. 3 & 21 by way of substitute service i.e. by publication in the newspaper circulated in the locality where the said respondents resides. The application is supported by an affidavit. The notices before admission was served to respondent nos. 3 & 21 by way of paper publication. Vide bailiff report dated 17.03.2018 (before admission) it reveals that the notices cannot be served to the said respondents due to incomplete address. The Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that it is the last known address which they have. It is noticed that the notices to the said respondents will

not be served by ordinary means unless by way of substituted service.
