By order dated 18th September, 2018, this Court has already admitted the petition and made the Rule returnable on 30th October, 2018. The Respondents who have not filed any affidavit in reply so far are directed to file affidavit in reply within three weeks from the date of communication of this order with a copy thereof to be served upon the Petitioners' Advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder,if any, to be filed within two weeks thereafter with a copy thereof to be served upon the Respondents'

MCA/281/2019 Advocate simultaneously. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted. Since the Respondent Nos.7 to 9 are not appearing in person or through any Advocate though served, this order is not required to be served upon them.

2. Place the matter for hearing and final disposal in the week commencing from 1st July, 2019.
