2. This application seeks a recall of order dated 21.2.2019, which was disposed of as infructuous in view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.889/2018.

3. Mr. Joshi, learned Counsel for the petitioners points out that Writ Petition No.220/2019 had to be disposed of by granting the petitioners the relief on the same terms as were granted to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.889/2018. Therefore, he submits that Writ Petition No.220/2019 was required to be allowed and

CAREV/9/2019 not to be disposed of as infructuous. The learned Advocate General graciously accepts that aforesaid position is correct. Accordingly we recall the order dated 21.2.2019

4. Civil Application(Review) No.9.2019 is, therefore, allowed in the aforesaid terms.
