Mr. Salkar, learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents No.2 to 7 states that the demolition order dated 4 th May, 2015 against the structure put up by Respondent No.8, will be executed within 8 (eight) weeks from today unless, in the meanwhile Respondent No.8 produces some order retraining the implementation or execution.

The above statement is accepted. If, within 4 (four) weeks from today, no restraint order is produced, the concerned authorities to ensure that the demolition order dated 4th May, 2015 is executed/implemented within a period of maximum 4 (four) weeks, thereafter.
