Heard Ms. Kenny learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Chodankar learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the Naval Authorities.

2. A copy of the additional affidavit is served on Ms. Kenny. Mr. Chodankar undertakes to place such copy with the Registry, today itself.

3. Ms. Kenny submits that according to the additional affidavit filed by the naval authorities, there are no violations observed with regard to 23rd October, 2024

WP 349 of 2024 the structures of the petitioners. This means that structures existing at site of the petitioners are within the Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS) as provided by the naval authorities. Accordingly, the grievance in this petition stands redressed.

4. Mr. Chodankar submits that Naval authorities have already issued NOC with regard to the Petitioner's structures on 11/06/2024.

5. Accordingly, the impugned order passed on 09/02/2024, in revision applications decided by the District Court is hereby quashed and set aside.

6. Petition is therefore disposed of in the above terms. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
