The only prayer made in the present Writ Petition is for expeditious consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 2.6.2022. The petitioner claims to be a person with a disability and contends that he was entitled to be promoted in 2013. Despite aforesaid, his claim for promotion has not been considered. He, therefore has made a representation dated 2.6.2022 to the respondent no. 2.

2. In the aforesaid facts since the petitioner's representation is pending almost for two years, it is directed that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same in accordance with law and take a decision thereon within a period of three months from the date of serving copy 19th March, 2025

WP 125 of 2025 of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner.

3. Needless to observe that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the outcome of the aforesaid exercise, he is free to seek legal redress in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of with no costs.
