Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application for substitution of Mr. Dinesh Raikar as a Trustee in place of the deceased petitioner no. 3. A similar substitution has been permitted by this Court by order dated 18.02.2019 in Writ Petition No. 125/2018, before the Trial Court.

3. In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. Needless to mention that such substitution by itself shall not confer any right or authority on the said Trustee and the rival

MCA/243/2019 contentions of the parties are left open.

4. The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms. Necessary correction to be carried out forthwith.

5. The civil application is disposed of.
