2. By this civil application the petitioners seek leave to withdraw Writ Petition No.372 of 2016 unconditionally. Accordingly, leave is granted and the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. We however clarify that in case any of the petitioners have not served during the bond period or otherwise,

MCA/108/2020 have not been exempted from such service, the respondents, will be entitled to take action in accordance with law, in the matter of the bond so furnished by the petitioners.

3. With the aforesaid clarification, this petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous civil application is also accordingly disposed of.
