In this Writ Petition, the petitioners challenged the show cause notice dated 19.01.2021, issued by the respondent no.1(a). It is said to have been issued on behalf of the Committee of Administrators of the Society.

2. At any rate, now the petitioners' counsel informs me that when the notice was placed before the general body it chose to withdraw that show cause notice.

3. Therefore, I reckon nothing further survives in this matter. I, accordingly, close this Writ Petition.
