2. For the order that we propose to make, no notices are necessary to the remaining respondents.

3. The learned Advocate General states that the second respondent will dispose of Municipal Appeal No.SEC/UD/162/2022 within four weeks from today. He states that arguments are already concluded and the matter is pending for orders. Accordingly, orders will be passed 20th March, 2024

WP 275 of 2024 within four weeks and communicated to the parties.

4. By recording the above statement and directing the second respondent to act consistent with the same, we dispose of this petition.
