Since the appeal is admitted, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing of P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- today, before the Registry of this Court and also on furnishing Surety Bond of Rs.15,000/- before the Registry of this Court, to the satisfaction of the concerned Officer within a period of one week from the date of the order, till final disposal of the Criminal Revision Application.

2. The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant is suspended, this shall be subject to the applicant depositing in this Court the amount of Cheque that is Rs.7,32,000/-, within a period of three weeks from the date of the order.

3. The application is disposed of.
