2. This application is for grant of anticipatory bail. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties for sometime, it is not in dispute that the investigation is practically over. As per the contents of paragraph 16 of the affidavit dated 30.03.2015, filed by the Investigating Officer, it is clear that the investigation is complete and the Investigating Officer has stated that no sooner, sanction order as also the order regarding regularisation of the plot are received, the charge sheet will be filed.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has fairly submitted that having regard to the stage of investigation, at this stage, the custody of the applicant is not necessary. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant would co-operate with the Investigating Agency as and when required. In that view of the matter and in the absence of any immediate apprehension of arrest in the matter, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this application.
