2. Taking into consideration the reasons set out in the Civil Application, order dated 17.6.2016 by which petition stood dismissed for non-prosecution is hereby recalled. Petition is restored to the file of the Court. Further, leave is granted to the petitioner to serve the respondents by publication in the local daily "Navhind Times" which is circulated in the State of Goa.

3. For the aforesaid purpose, returnable date is 17.7.2017.
