Perused the averments in Misc. Civil Application No.34 of 2021. The sufficient cause has been shown. Consequently, delay is condoned and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant. Leave is also granted to carry out amendment to the cause title as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and copy of the same to be served on the learned counsel for the Respondent. 3.

Ms. Arur states that she will appear on behalf of the legal representatives of the deceased Appellant.
