2. Learned Special Public Prosecutor has no objection, if the passport is released. He also states that the renewed passport is not required to be kept in the custody of the Court for the purposes of trial.

3. In the result, the application is allowed and it is directed that passport bearing no. A-1738499 be released to the custody of the applicant subject to conditions:

(i) it's true copy being kept on the record of the case, (ii) true copy of the renewed passport also being kept on the record of the case, and (iii) the applicant not leaving the Country without prior permission of

CRMA/48/2016 this Court.
