Tis is an application to bring on record legal representatives of deceased appellant no.3.

Mr Laximan Pednekar, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he has the vakalatnama on behalf of three of the legal representatives but he has not received any Vakalatnama from Melisa Nita Monteiro who is also one of the legal representatives of deceased appellant no.3.

Accordingly, leave is granted to bring on record the three legal representatives of deceased appellant no.3 by styling the 19th August 2023
