Te appellant no.2 has expired leaving behind five Legal Representatives.

Mr Pednekar, learned counsel for the appellant states that he has the Vakalatnama of four of the Legal Representatives but he does not have Vakalatnama of Tensley Varnon Savio Fernandes.

Accordingly leave is granted to bring on record the Legal Representatives of deceased appellant no.2. Four of the Legal Representatives are permitted to be brought on record as 19th August 2023

Mr Pednekar states that necessary amendment will be carried out within one week from today. He further states that within one week process fees and copies will be supplied for issuing notice to said Tensley Varnon Savio Fernandes. Tese statements are accepted.
