This is an application for extension of time to comply the directions issued by this Court by Order dated 24.10.2016.

Though the learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner opposes any further extension of time, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice, time to comply with the directions in the Order dated 24.10.2016 is extended by four weeks from today as last chance.

3. The concerned Respondent to file the compliance report
