Shri A.D. Bhobe, learned Advocate prays for the suspension of the sentence and release on bail on the premise that the learned Additional Sessions Judge has directed his surrender before the learned J.M.F.C, Margao within a period of one week from the date of order. 2.

Looking to the nature of the order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge and the prejudice which would cause to the applicant, the judgment and sentence is suspended in terms of prayer clause 'a' .

The applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail upon executing bail bonds in the amount of ₹15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Margao.

The applicant shall in the meantime without prejudice to his plea in defence deposit an amount of ₹2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs only) in this Court within a week from today.

The application stands disposed off.
