Heard Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate who appears with Mr. S. D. Padiyar for the Petitioner and Mr. N. Vaze, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 4.

Though, Mr. Vaze, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 4 opposes grant for leave to amend, we find that the objections are mainly to grant any relief on merits or for that matter the grant of any interim relief. Therefore, all such objections can as well be taken into consideration at the stage of admission and/or grant of interim relief. The petition is yet to be admitted. Accordingly, by keeping open all the

2 WP84-20dt.09.03.2020 objections which the Respondents will have in the matter, we grant leave to amend this petition. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week. Copy of the amended petition to be served upon the Respondents soon thereafter.
