The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order dated 28/10/2015 is passed in Regular Civil Suit No.7/93/C on the file of the learned Civil Judge Junior Division at Bicholim. It is submitted that the certified copy of the order incorrectly mentions that the order is passed in TNC No.27/2015/C. Faced with this situation,the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 20/10/2015 after getting a corrected certified copy. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Needless to mention that this Court has not examined the matter on merits.
