The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition, with a request to expedite the proceedings before the Inventory Court.

2. The record discloses that the Inventory Proceedings are of the year 2001 and are still pending at the stage of finalisation of the list of assets. Be that as it may, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. The Inventory Court shall decide the proceedings as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of one year from the receipt hereof. All the parties to co-operate for the time-bound disposal of the proceedings.
