2. Though an application for condonation of delay is filed, since the estate of respondent no.4(F) was sufficiently represented, the same was not strictly speaking necessary. In any case, the delay is condoned. 3rd November, 2023

MCA 215 of 2022 Even the abatement, if any, is set aside.

3. Mr P.A. Kamat states that respondent no.4(F) has expired and is survived by his wife Tanvi Gadekar and minor son Shabi Gadekar.

4. Mr Kamat points out that Tanvi Gadekar is already on record as respondent no.4(E). Accordingly, even Shabi Gadekar is permitted to be brought on record through his natural guardian Tanvi Gadekar.

5. Necessary amendment to be carried out in the cause title within four weeks from today.

6. Misc. Civil Application No.215/2022 and STA No.860/2020(F) are disposed of.
