After hearing the matter for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with a direction that the proceedings initiated by the petitioner against the respondent being Rent Case No.68/2014 pending before the learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Margao, be expedited.

2. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case and looking into the nature of the dispute in the above petition, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Margao, is directed to dispose of Rent Case No.68/2014 and any Misc. Application pending therein as expeditiously as possible and in any event within six months
